Now that you’ve made the great decision to get a Boxer, You’ll need to know how to avoid a bad Boxer breeder. Getting a dog from a bad breeder can lead to a variety of problems, that may or may not make themselves evident early on. The dog you get from a bad breeder may have a bad temperament, either being shy or aggressive, and can also have health issues and even can come home with debilitating diseases. A bad Boxer breeder would not be interested in the dogs, but only from making a profit from them. They should know the origin of the breed, it’s temperament and show and registration requirements of the breed. The breeder should also be concerned about the reputation and continuation of their line, and request that you alter any pet you purchase from them.

They should love their dogs and line and should be concerned that they are going to a good home where they will continue to be loved.
